Our story
Redael Group was built out of experience, not theory.
After more than thirteen years in the solar industry, spanning sales, sales leadership, training, market development, operations, and company ownership, we saw the same pattern repeat itself. Roofing companies were being told solar was an easy add-on, only to discover that solar sales, pricing, and process are fundamentally different. Without proper training and a clear roadmap, teams struggled to navigate regulations, net metering rules, financing structures, and contract liability. The result was inconsistent messaging, poor close rates, margin erosion, compliance issues, and install failures. The problem wasn’t roofing. It was a lack of real solar guidance.
Driven by passion
We’ve built and trained solar sales teams from the ground up. We’ve designed sales processes that align with utility requirements, interconnection rules, net metering programs, and lender expectations. We’ve structured pricing, financing options, compensation plans, and customer contracts to reduce risk and protect the roofing company, not just close a deal. And we’ve seen firsthand how solar fails when teams are expected to sell complex systems they don’t fully understand.

We believe solar sales should be education-based, not pressure-driven. Homeowners don’t need to be convinced, they need to understand. The best solar sales process helps customers discover the right decision for themselves by clearly explaining costs, incentives, risks, and long-term outcomes. When sales conversations are honest, structured, and grounded in reality, close rates improve, cancellations drop, and long-term customer satisfaction increases.
